Born on the east coast, Nathan moved to Colorado Springs when he was in elementary school, then headed to complete his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Boulder. Having spent many weekends during college in Denver he fell in love with the culture, beauty, and welcoming community that the city provided. A natural helper, Nathan strives to assist his clients in accomplishing their goals and dreams through transparency, communication, and hospitality.
"The two things I am most passionate about are developing deep relationships and helping people financially. As a real estate investor myself, I have gained a vast knowledge of the Denver market for strategies such as "househacking", buy and hold investing, long and short term rentals, as well as multi-family properties. Real estate has historically been the best performing investment in modern history with benefits including: appreciation, debt pay down, tax benefits, and cash flow. Home ownership is much more achievable than most people think!"
As an adopted native of Denver, Nathan has gained extensive knowledge about areas such as Highlands, Washington Park, Five Points, Curtis Park, Athmar Park, Tennyson Street, Edgewater, University Park, Sunnyside, Highlands Ranch, Westminster as well as neighboring cities such as Boulder and Colorado Springs. When he's not working or seeking out educational opportunities to better support his clients, you can find Nathan enjoying outdoor activities in Washington Park, exploring Denver's expansive dining scene, or taking a quick camping trip up in the rockies.
