 Dan Turre is a 4th generation Coloradan with deep family roots here in Colorado. Spending time up in the mountains with his family and enjoying all the outdoor sports he grew up with are some of his favorite pastimes. His wealth of local knowledge helps welcome new agents and clients to the area with ease. As an avid sports fan and former baseball player, he brings a lot of that passion for being disciplined and coaching a team to his current career.         

         He created the DT Properties Team with Exp Realty to provide agents a cutting edge team that will set them apart from the masses in our industry. He believes that the individual agent needs to stay relevant in our ever changing industry. Creating a team of experts that help accomplish the client's goal is the most efficient and professional way possible and he has done so with his growing group of local agents, team members, and experts.

        His awards started the year he began in real estate, winning the Rookie of the Year award in 2011 and then the International Presidents Circle for the next 8 years straight. Then under EXP Realty he has been awarded the Icon Agent Award in 2019, 2020 and 2021. That is an award of excellence for every year he has been an agent which shows how deeply his passion for this industry leads him every year.

From my previous experiences, most realtors just try to sell houses at any cost. Dan takes a different approach. He actually gets to know you as a person and tries to understand what you’re looking for. He’ll show several different types of houses to get to know you better. Introduce you to ideas and concepts that you didn’t or wouldn’t have thought of. He’s also willing to drive all over Colorado to make sure you find the right area/neighborhood/ home for you. He also gave us some insight on some future perspectives on location, selling, market, etc. He’s straight to the point, honest, explains in detail, patience, laid back and easy to work with but can be assertive when needed. We were in a horrible and complex situation selling our last house and Dan made the process as painless as possible. He didn’t coward like our last realtor but he took on the City of Denver and helped me work with them. Always there to answer any questions and walk us through the selling/buying process. We felt like we were his only client with all the attention we were getting. The sacrifices he made for us (it was a lot) shows he really cares about his clients.
